"Screaming Boy" Retrieved from Archives
It's been a while from the days of In Absentia and we were feeling a little nostalgic. Originally from 2002, this “Baconesque” image was part of a series of faces inspired by English painter, Francis Bacon whose paintings are undoubtedly influence the artwork of Lasse Hoile. “Screaming Boy” was adopted by progressive rock band Porcupine Tree for their album ‘In Absentia’ (one of our favorite albums) and was heavily used in their 2003 tour visuals.
Now, you can relive the haunting imagery with a "Screaming Boy" t-shirt. Available for pre-order via the mailorderbabies website.
